This Privacy Policy explains how MISK Trading (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the MISK Clinic mobile and web application (the “App”). MISK Clinic is a business-to-business tool that lets clinics order supplies, manage inventory, view invoices, and track orders. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, role, and the clinic you belong to, used to create and secure your account.
  • Operational data you enter — orders, inventory levels, appointments, notes, and related records you create in the App.
  • Images — photos you choose to upload (e.g. product or profile images).
  • Device notification token — a push-notification identifier (Firebase Cloud Messaging) used to deliver order and stock alerts to your device.
  • Technical data — basic information needed to operate the service securely, such as authentication tokens and error/diagnostic information.

We do not collect your precise device location, and the App contains no advertising and no third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide and maintain the App’s core features (ordering, inventory, invoices, reports, appointments).
  • To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
  • To send you operational notifications about your orders and stock.
  • To diagnose problems and improve reliability.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Your organisation — administrators and staff within your clinic or the MISK network who are authorised to see the relevant records.
  • Service providers that host and operate the App on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, and Google Firebase for push notifications), bound to protect the data.
  • Legal reasons — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data security

All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Access is restricted to authenticated, authorised users. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and delete data that we are not required to retain.

6. Children

MISK Clinic is a professional tool intended for use by clinics and their staff. It is not directed to, or intended for, children under 18.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
